WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) — Justice Department Special Counsel Robert Mueller and key members of his team revealed today that there is a direct connection to the manipulation of the 2016 presidential election by teens in Macedonia paid for by Russian President Vladimar Putin. The council has learned that Putin paid the teens to write hundreds of fake news articles to show Donald Trump in a positive light. Mueller also said Trump and his son-in-law Jared Kushner knew this was happening from various meetings Kushner took with the Russians back in June of 2016.
“The information we found today directly links the Russians to the manipulation of the 2016 presidential election with the Trump administration knowing full well in advance it would help their campaign through various meetings the two parties held last year,” Mueller told reporters. “If this isn’t grounds for impeachment, I don’t know what is.”
Donald Trump took to his twitter account this morning to dispute the claim by Mueller.
“This which-hunt by Robert Mueller is FAKE NEWS about FAKE NEWS! If this IDIOT wants a WAR then he’s gonna get one!!!,” Trump tweeted.
Mueller told reporters his counsel of lawyers will be taking this information to a grand jury later today.
The United States Intelligence Community has concluded with high confidence that the Russian government interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. In January 2017, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified that Russia interfered in the elections by disseminating fake news that was promoted on social media. Much of the fake news during the 2016 U.S. presidential election season was traced to adolescents in Macedonia. An investigation found that teenagers there had created over 100 sites spreading fake news stories supportive of Donald Trump.
38-year-old Paul Horner, a Christian mascot who goes by the name Fappy The Anti-Masturbation Dolphin, said he does not approve the actions by Robert Mueller.
“When I’m traveling around the country speaking to elementary school children about the dangers and consequences of masturbation, I see firsthand the progress that Donald Trump has made in this great Christian nation of ours. This which-hunt headed by Robert Mueller to defame our great leader is work of Satan and just another person who is jealous of Trump’s worldwide success; he probably masturbates too,” Horner said. “And lastly, and most importantly, may Jesus bless our glorious supreme leader Donald Trump in working to rid the world of all the non-normals in this great Christian nation of ours. I pray that he permanently removes the gross gay people, the icky blacks and drug dealing rapist Mexicans, along with the Native Americans who should have ever been here in the first place, from this WWJD, loving place our Lord & Savior has created for us! Also, don’t masturbate or you will burn in Hell for eternity because Jesus loves you so much! Praise Donald Trump!”
The Trump Administration has setup a hotline for those wishing to voice any concerns or comments about Trump’s impending impeachment. That hotline’s phone number is (785) 273-0329.
